PRODUCTION

• TV/ Production Day Rate: $825* for a 6 – 8 hr day

• TV/ Production Half Day: $510* for up to 4 hours

• TV/ Production Hourly: $175* @ 2 hr minimum = $410*

 

ADVERTISING/PUBLICITY

• Photographic/ Advertising Day Rate: $1210* for 6 – 8 hr day

• Photographic/ Advertising Half Day Rate: $710* for 4 hours

 

OVERTIME

• Overtime (O.T.) after the 10th hour (if start between 6am and noon) = time and a half; before 6am/after the 12th hour = double time; more than 16 consecutive hours = “golden” triple time

 

TRAVEL

Travel time: half fee plus all expenses (fuel, hotel, coach, airfare, etc)

 

CANCELLATIONS

• Three working days (more than 48 hours) = no fee; more than 24 but less than 48 hours = half fee; less than 24 hours = full fee

• Tentatives: (holds) please confirm or release one week before the booking – or as soon as practicable.

• Weather permits: 1st cancellation = no fee

• 2nd cancellation = half fee

• 3rd cancellation – full fee
